⚠️ Important: these lenses have a blind effect. They greatly reduce your vision while you wear them: never drive with them, be careful on stairs and keep someone nearby to guide you.

How to put in and remove your lenses

Preparation
Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them well. Always start with the same eye so you don't mix up the lenses.

Inserting
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger: it should form a nice round little bowl (if the edges flare outward, it's inside out). Hold your eyelids wide open with your other hand, look down and first slide the top edge under your upper eyelid. Then pull down your lower eyelid to slide the bottom edge under it. Blink softly so the lens settles into place.

Removing
Look up, pull your lower eyelid down with your middle finger and slide your index finger under the bottom edge of the lens. Gently pinch it between your thumb and index finger to take it out, then place it straight into its case filled with solution.

Caring for your lenses and case

• 💧 Storage: put your lenses back in a clean case filled with fresh solution, never with solution that has already been used.
• 🔄 Case: empty it and let it air dry after each use, and replace it every month.
• 🚫 Caution: never use tap water or saliva (risk of infection).

Tips for use

• 💄 Before makeup: always put your lenses in before doing your makeup, and take them out before removing it.
• 🐢 Take it slow: if it's your first time, start with short periods (10 to 30 minutes) and gradually build up. Even once you're used to them, limit wear to a few hours.
• 🤝 Help: for your first time, don't hesitate to ask someone to help you, sclera lenses take a little practice.
• 💦 Comfort: if your eyes feel dry, add a few drops of lens-compatible moisturizing eye drops.
• 📅 Wear time: never exceed the wear time or the date shown on the box.
• 🙅 Personal use: never share your lenses, not even to try them on.
• 😴 Safety: always remove your lenses before sleeping, swimming or showering.
• ⚠️ At the slightest discomfort (redness, pain, irritation), remove your lenses and see an eye doctor or optician.
