🧙 Want a spellbinding witch look for Halloween, for yourself or your child? With my affordable Witch Kit and this step-by-step tutorial, your face paint will be child's play 🎃
✨ Step 1: The base color
Apply the purple paint to the forehead and around the eyes with your slightly damp sponge.
💡 Test on your hand first: the texture should be creamy, neither too dry nor too runny.
👉 Little secret: apply the color at an angle of about 45°, sweeping it out toward the temples and the top of the cheekbones.
🕸️ Step 2: Start the web
With your damp brush, activate the black paint until you get a creamy texture. Paint the center line of the web, in line with the bridge of the nose, then add the other lines on each side, keeping everything nicely symmetrical.
💡 For perfect teardrops: hold your brush perpendicular to the face. Press to thicken the line, release to thin it out. The motion? Like a plane taking off ✈️
🕷️ Step 3: Finish the web
Connect the lines with curved arcs to form your spider web. Vary the line thickness by playing with the pressure on your brush to add depth.
👁️ Step 4: Frame the eyes
Paint two long black teardrops following the top edge of the purple on the eyes. The tip should reach the inner corner of the eye. Stick to the 45° angle to keep the design balanced.
🎨 Step 5: Structure and symmetry
Add a second teardrop under the first one, then three more connected to the outer corner of the eye. Your design is really coming together 💥
🌟 Step 6: The finishing touches
Connect these new teardrops with arcs to complete the web, then add small black dots on each side to enrich the design. Finish by painting the lips purple with your brush for a 100% witchy look 🧙
🧴 How to remove it
First, massage the makeup with a makeup removing balm or a little oil (coconut, olive…), then wipe it off with a cotton pad or microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. If a few traces remain, simply repeat.
